If it doesn't work like in our videos, or for some odd reason you don't like it after having tried it, you can just send it back to us for a full refund, no questions asked. We even cover the return shipping cost, no matter where you are in the world. The "streak-free guarantee" in our videos is this same guarantee.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@expectcarcare.com. We’ll then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your 30-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days, without giving a reason. The 30 days start on the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. To withdraw, use our withdrawal form or send us a clear statement by email to help@expectcarcare.com before the 30 days have passed. Please send the goods back within 14 days after you tell us that you withdraw; we cover the return shipping cost. We will refund all payments you made, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown us that you sent them. For buyers in the European Union, the EEA (including Norway) and the United Kingdom, this includes the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, which we extend to 30 days.
